Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jyutsu is an ancient art of harmonizing the life energy of the body. Jin Shin Jyutsu facilitates the flow of energy in our mind, body, emotions, and spirit. It helps to open blocks that develop on any of these levels due to stress, accidents, illness and lifestyle.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle non-invasive modality which can benefit anyone who is addressing an acute or long-term illness. It also is wonderful for anyone interested in experiencing deeper relaxation, harmony, and awareness in their life. Jin Shin Jyutsu can be experienced by receiving a session from a certified practitioner, and can also be practiced on one’s self. Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioners at UPAYA offer sessions as well as classes in self-help. Sessions are done fully clothed and usually last for one hour.
