Hypnotherapy

At a very basic level, breath work is taught to increase relaxation and decrease stress. Breath work also increases awareness, leading to self knowledge. Hypnosis is based on the ability of the mind to relax. Hypnotherapy, or trance work, begins when the mind calms and joins with the body (somatics) to create wholeness. From this space many exercises and techniques can be utilized, including visualization, journey, etc. (intuitively designed) to address fears, addiction, trauma, pain, self-image, relationship issues, etc. You can absolutely transform your life!
