Becoming a new patient Paperwork - Complete your questionnaire and any other paperwork given to you by the support staff. The doctors will use this information to help formulate their recommendations for your care. Patient Education - While you have a moment take the opportunity to acquaint yourself with the center, ask any questions you might have of our support staff and read through our practice member testimonials. Consultation - You’ll meet with Dr. Eileen or Dr. Aaron, they will review your health history and determine if care can serve you. Examination - Neurological, physical and chiropractic tests will be performed to determine the presence and location of any spinal tension or distortion. Posture Exam - Your present posture will be recorded with a photograph as a document to help gauge change. Adjustment - The doctor will use gentle, specific forces to calmly start the spinal unwinding process. Your response is actually part of the examination. Orientation - To assist you in your care and the process of healing you will get information on the next Health Awareness Class. Second Visit: Welcome Back - This is a very important visit! The doctor will discuss with you the results of your initial visit, answer your questions and explain how the care can best serve your needs. During the next 30 minutes with us you can expect: Second Visit Exam - We will check your response to the first adjustment and reconfirm our findings. Adjustment - The doctor will then use precise, gentle forces to help "wake up" your nervous system and "re-set" your spine to EASE, continuing you on the journey you began on the first visit. Report of Findings - We’ll discuss with you our findings and your health goals and make informed recommendations to help you achieve those goals. Questions - Questions are the most effective teachers — ask them at any time. Make sure you fully understand the nature and severity of your condition, the process of health and what we are doing to help you. Care Plan - The Doctor will set the course for your continued care with recommendations based on your present level of response. Expectations - Based on clinical experience, the doctor will offer you options to assist your care that best fit your needs and goals. Financial Concerns - So as to focus all of our attention on your healing process we will discuss fees at this time - arrangement for payment will be discussed at the front desk.
